Quotations
All our offers are without obligation and are valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. Alpaca Farm Riethoven is only bound by the offers if these are confirmed by the customer by email within 30 days.
Prices in the offers include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Provision of the services
Alpaca Farm Riethoven has the right to have certain work done by third parties.
Bookings
Bookings are final when confirmed by email by Alpacafarm Riethoven.

Number of participants
The final number of participants must be communicated by email by the contact person of the group 7 days before the implementation of the arrangement. This final number will be invoiced. More participants on the day of the implementation of the arrangement will still be invoiced.

Changes in bookings
Alpaca Farm Riethoven has the right to join groups in the same space, unless otherwise agreed in advance by email.

Cancellation
When a booking is confirmed for an individual / group, the following applies unless otherwise agreed by email: Cancellation must be canceled by email or by telephone. Cancellations outside office hours (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM) are deemed to have been received on the next business day. In case of cancellation less than 5 days before the execution of the package, the customer is obliged to pay 10% of the booking value. In case of cancellation less than 2 days before the execution of the package and if the group does not appear at the location, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the booking value.
Payment
Before the performance of an arrangement, the amount must be credited to the bank account number indicated on the invoice, or paid in cash. Any later agreed changes must be paid in cash, or the amount must be credited to the bank account number indicated on the invoice within 8 days of the invoice date.
Calamities
Alpacafarm Riethoven has the right to have groups and / or individuals removed from the location before or during an arrangement if Alpacafarm Riethoven feels compelled to do so. A removal does not entitle to a claim of the group / individual. Alpacafarm Riethoven has the right to interrupt or stop an arrangement if employees of Alpacafarm Riethoven feel compelled to do so. Interruption or termination does not entitle to a claim by the group.

Liability
Alpacafarm Riethoven is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal belongings. Nor for physical, mental or material injury that may have occurred before, during or after an arrangement of Alpacafarm Riethoven. The entire group, whether individuals of the group, is liable for damage, loss or theft of property of Alpacafarm Riethoven.

It is not allowed to use recordings (photos, film, sound, or any other way) of the arrangements for public screenings and / or commercial purposes other than with the written permission of Alpacafarm Riethoven.
